Principal consultant Chad Freeburg has over 15 years of experience in managing and evolving operational processes in complex, nuanced, and highly regulated environments. Chad has lead groups of people ranging from small two to three person cohorts to large teams exceeding twenty individuals. As a highly effective practitioner of operational process change, he has brought numerous organization-critical processes from the ideation stage to a fully realized production solution. Chad is as comfortable in the work of delivering small process or supporting system enhancements as he is in leading long-lived major capital expenditure efforts.
